Neal D. Clark

Neal D. Clark, 61, of Gifford passed away unexpectedly Friday at his home.

He was born on April 7, 1953, in Bremerton, Wash., a son of the late Byron and Constance L. Dramer Clark.

On June 14, 1986, in the United Methodist Church of Smethport, he married Sandra D. Flickinger, who survives.

Mr. Clark was a graduate of Allegheny-Clarion Valley High School, Foxburg, and he attended Slippery Rock University.

Neal worked in the lab at International Waxes of Farmers Valley.

He was a member of the National Rifle Association and a member of the United States Golf Association (USGA).

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Benjamin Ruggles of DuBois; his sister, Shereen (Terry) Stiehler of Karns City; his brother, Kevin (Penny) Clark of Parker; his nephews, Patrick (Michelle) Clark of West Sunbury, Terry (Lisa) Stiehler of Butler, and Matthew and Joshua Flickinger of Mt. Jewett, and his niece, Marcy Flickinger of Mt. Jewett.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Clark — There will be no visitation for Neal D. Clark, who passed away Friday, Sept. 26, 2014.A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Hilltop Baptist Church, Gifford, with the Rev.
