Ralph L. Henry

Ralph L. Henry, 77, of Butler passed away Tuesday at VNA Inpatient Hospice, Butler.

He was born on Jan. 21, 1937, in Butler, the son of the late Clifford and Virginia Brewster Henry.

Ralph was an avid bowler and was a member of the Butler County Bowling Association's Hall of Fame.

He retired from Armco.

He enjoyed solving crossword puzzles, watching sports and, most of all, spending time with his family.

Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Shirley Christie Henry of Butler; his daughter, Deborah (Daniel) Mikula of West Sunbury; his two sons, Ron (Tammy) Henry of Renfrew and Charles Henry of Pittsburgh; his five granddaughters, Amanda (Dustin) Hemphill, Alison (Jason) Bouse, Chamar Henry, and Ashley and Abby Henry.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Kevin James Henry; his two sisters, Ruth Dollar and Dolores Henry, and his two brothers, James and Ray Henry.

Henry — The friends of Ralph L. Henry, who passed away Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2014, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Young Funeral Home, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler.Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Mt.
