Samuel W. Jacobs, 59, of Butler passed away Wednesday at the VNA Inpatient Hospice, Butler.

He was born on Feb. 14, 1955, in Latrobe to the late Samuel L. Jacobs and Coral Atkins Jacobs.

Mr. Jacobs was a 1973 graduate of Latrobe High School.

Mr. Jacobs is survived by his wife, Sandra “Dyke” Jacobs, who he married on Sept. 26, 2008; his stepdaughter, Lorraine Sutton of Butler; and his two brothers, John Jacobs and his wife, Elaine, and Daniel Jacobs, both of Latrobe.
