Melinda Kathleen Delp Kaufman

Melinda Kathleen Delp Kaufman, 68, of East Brady passed away Saturday at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh.

She was born on April 12, 1946, the daughter of the late Clyde H. Delp and Mildred Croyle Delp-Beckett.

Melinda was a retired tax preparer.

She was a member of the Union First Presbyterian Church in Cowansville.

Melinda was a member of the Young Ladies Card Club, the Young at Hearts Club of Bradys Bend, Golden Links of the Union First Presbyterian Church and the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 488.

She loved to travel throughout the U.S., including to Alaska and Hawaii, and to Europe. She was an avid reader and loved spending time with her family.

Survivors include her daughters, Michelle Davis Wilson and her husband, Mike, of Chambersburg and Kim Davis Beham and her husband, Frank, of East Brady; her son, Daniel Davis and his wife, McKenzie of Marble Hill, Mo.; her two stepsons, Michael Kaufman and his wife, Glenda, of East Brady and Rick Kaufman and his wife, Diane, of Chicora; her stepdaughter, Debbie Kaufman Hertwick and her husband, Randy, of Kaylor; her sister, Melissa Delp Grantz of Daytona Beach, Fla.; her 14 grandchildren; and her 13 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Kaufman.

Kaufman — The friends of Melinda Kathleen Delp Kaufman, who passed away Saturday, Nov. 1, 2014, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, 832 E. Brady Road, Cowansville, and from 10 a.m. until the time of a funeral service at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Union First Presbyterian Church in Cowansville, with the Rev.
