Dorothy M. Enright

Dorothy Mae Enright, 89, of Butler passed away Thursday at the YWCA Under Our Wing, where she had lived for the past 2½ years. Before that, she lived at the Butler Arbors for 19 years.

She was born Jan. 28, 1925, in Butler and was the daughter of the late Michael J. and Helen Erkens Enright.

Dorothy graduated from Saint Paul's Catholic School and Butler High School in 1944. She was a lifetime member of Saint Paul Roman Catholic Church.

She was employed at Woolworth's, Hutchinson's Dry Cleaners, Kerns Furniture Co., Castle Roller Rink and she retired from Crider Trucking Co.

Dorothy loved to roller skate and she enjoyed bingo.

She is survived by one sister, Janet Bacho of Butler; five nephews; and six nieces.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Bill and Tom Enright; one sister, Helen Enright Schehl; and one nephew, Steve Bacho.

The family wishes to extend special thanks to the “Angels of Mercy” staff of Under Our Wing at the YWCA and the organization at LIFE Butler County.

ENRIGHT — There will be no visitation for Dorothy Mae Enright, who died Thursday, Nov. 6, 2014.
