Brittany E. Mitchell, 18, of Kittanning waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 16 by state police.
Richard A. Maus, 51, of Ford City waived to court charges of DUI, failure to carry a registration card, operating a vehicle without an inspection, and careless driving, filed Oct. 20 by state police.
Jon D. Uram, 56, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI and driving on road laned for traffic, filed July 29 by Penn Township police.
Brian A. White, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension, filed Oct. 14 by Middlesex Township police.
Brian A. White, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension, filed Nov. 3 by Middlesex Township police.
Gina M. Machi, 18, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, and manufacturing of a controlled substance, filed Oct. 9 by Middlesex Township police.
Cody A. Seagriff, 21, of Freeport waived to court charges of furnishing alcohol to a minor and corruption of minors, filed Oct. 16 by Buffalo Township police.
Kevin W. Koontz, 43, of Mars was held for court on charges of manufacture of marijuana, possession of marijuana, distribution of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal conspiracy to manufacture marijuana, retail theft, receiving stolen property, no insurance, driving under suspension of registration and operating a vehicle without inspection, filed Oct. 23 by Penn Township police.
Margo V. Barr, 39, of Mars waived to court charges of manufacture of marijuana, possession of marijuana, distribution of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal conspiracy to manufacture marijuana, retail theft, and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 24 by Penn Township police.
