Kardos, Schnur
Janelle Kardos and Matthew Schnur, both of Mars, were united in marriage Oct. 11 at the Duquesne University Chapel in Pittsburgh. The Rev. Kevin Fazio officiated. A reception followed at Twelve Oaks Mansion in Mars.
The bride is the daughter of Beverly Kardos and Thomas Kardos of Apollo. Parents of the bridegroom are David and Denise Schnur of Butler.
The honor attendant was Krista Kardos. Bridesmaids included Jessica Schnur, Tiffany Rico, Andrea Hoffer, Rhiannon Mondale and Erica Froncek.
Performing the duties of best man was Andrew Cypher. Ushers included Nicholas Kardos, Travis Shingleton, Brady Randall, Thomas Levere and Joshua Edwards.
The bride is a 2004 graduate of Kiski High School and a 2010 graduate of Duquesne University Mylan School of Pharmacy.
She is employed by Sam’s Club Pharmacy in Butler.
The bridegroom graduated from Butler High School in 2004 and from Duquesne University Mylan School of Pharmacy in 2010.
He is employed by Butler Memorial Hospital.
Following a honeymoon trip to Aruba, the couple is making their home in Mars.
