Dron, Crissman
Gretchen MacKenzie Dron and David Matthew Crissman, both of Butler, were united in marriage Aug. 16 at St. Paul Cathedral in Pittsburgh. The Rev. Kevin Fazio officiated. A reception followed at the Duquesne University Power Center.
The bride is the daughter of Michael and Wendy Dron of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are David and Karen Crissman of Butler.
The matron of honor was Lauren Palermo of Mars. Bridesmaids included Lauren Bergstein of Pittsburgh, Bailey Weitzel of Butler, Rebecca Crissman of Butler, Megan Morando of Butler and Wallis O’Hagan of North Palm Beach, Fla.
Performing the duties of best man was Joseph Palermo of Mars. Ushers included Jerrod Markle of Butler, Zachery Manuel of Butler, Jonathan Dron of Colorado Springs, Colo., Matthew Orie of Pittsburgh and Peter Biscontini of Scranton.
The bride is a 2007 graduate of Butler High School and a 2011 graduate of Duquesne University.
She is employed by Butler School District.
The bridegroom graduated from Butler High School in 2005. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2009 and from Duquesne Law School in 2012.
He is employed by Montomery, Crissman, Montgomery, Kubit LLP in Butler.
The couple is making their home in Butler.
