Donna M. Neff
Donna M. Neff, 70, of Chicora passed away unexpectedly Tuesday.
In 1967, she attended Butler Beauty School, after which she worked at Troutman's until 1971. She then worked in the bakery department of Giant Eagle at Moraine Pointe Plaza from 1992 until 2005.
She was a member of Saint Joseph Roman Catholic Church, North Oakland, and the Christian Mothers of the church.
Donna enjoyed baking and doing puzzles while listening to old country music. She especially delighted in spending time with her grandchildren and her family.
She was born on Sept. 24, 1944, in Donegal Township, Chicora, the daughter of the late Florian Ritzert and Della Bowser.
She is survived by her husband, Gerard “Jerry” Neff, whom she married on Sept. 5, 1970; her daughter, Julie (James) Fitzpatrick of Butler; her granddaughter, Makensie Fitzpatrick; her grandsons, Conner Fitzpatrick and Robert Rodgers; her sisters, Josephine Doerr of Odenton, Md., and Theresa Bickel of Hamilton, Ohio; several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, and her nieces, nephews and other family members.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four sisters and her seven brothers.
