CRANBERRY TWP — A water line break near the Streets of Cranberry closed one lane of traffic on Route 19 this afternoon, and public works crews don't expect the problem to be fixed by the evening rush hour.

The break, which happened near the northbound lanes of Route 19, was discovered early in the afternoon.

Joe Leavens, a manager in the public works department, said the water line break is between American Way and Smith Drive.

Public works crews are on there but repairs are not expected to be completed before the traditional rush hour traffic.
