Christina McNeish
Christina M. McNeish, 67, a resident of 131 Maple Grove Circle, Franklin, died peacefully at 3:18 a.m. Thursday in her home surrounded by her loving family following a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born Oct. 10, 1947, in Pittsburgh, a beloved daughter of the late Walter and Stella Mochio Kurywchak.
She was a graduate of Moniteau High School.
Chris enjoyed the outdoors, most especially the fishing trips she went on with her sister, Donna. She enjoyed gardening and raising orchids, crocheting and bowling in her earlier years. She was happiest as a homemaker and especially cherished the fun times she was able to spend with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Clyde L. McNeish Sr. of Butler; two daughters, Raegan Phenicie and her husband, Donald, of Franklin and Tammy Simpson and her husband, William, of Polk; and by four sons, Brian McNeish and his wife, Nancy, of West Sunbury, Clyde L. McNeish Jr. and his wife, Jenny, of Hilliards, Michael McNeish and his wife, Stacey, and Kenneth McNeish, all of Butler.
Also surviving are 14 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother-in-law, Samuel Tiche of Boyers; in addition to many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Donna Tiche.
