Heather D. Martino, 25, of Butler passed away unexpectedly Sunday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Heather was born Dec. 22, 1989, in Grove City. She was the daughter of John P. Martino and Debra V. Koebler Martino. She had been employed as a waitress at various restaurants in the Butler area.

Heather is survived by her son, Collin Martino of Butler; her mother, Debra V. Martino of Butler; her father, John P. (Diane) Martino of Boyers; one sister, Amanda Martino of Harrisville; three brothers, Patrick Martino, Nick Martino and Matthew Martino, all of Boyers; her maternal grandmother, Linda D. Koebler Meals of Butler and her maternal grandfather, William Meals of Butler; her paternal grandparents, Patsy and Althea Martino of Boyers; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
