Kaitlyn Harigan
Kaitlyn Nichole Harigan, 22, of Saxonburg received her Angel Wings May 5 following a long battle with Juvenile Diabetes that ended in a tragic accident.
Her final days were spent with family and the ones who loved her. Katie's life may seem short to many, but those who were touched by her, understood the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives.
With Kaitlyn's passing we remind everyone that her life is one to celebrate. The magnitude in which Kaitlyn loved and cared about everyone is an example of how we all should live. Although we will miss her everyday, especially her winning smile and beauty, she will forever remain in our hearts.
Kaitlyn is survived by her loving mother, Dianne Harigan of Saxonburg; her brother, Daniel F. Harigan V, 20, of Saxonburg; her father, Daniel F. Harigan IV; her stepmother, Anette Harigan; her half-sister, Dani Harigan, 14; her-half brother, Tyler Harigan, 15; her grandmother; Mary Love, all of Warren, Ohio; her grandfather, Daniel F. Harigan III; her grandmother, Linda Harigan of Middlesex Township; her uncle, Timothy and aunt Kathy Freehling of Pittsville, Pa., her uncle, Donald (Tiger) and Missy Freehling; her aunt, Donna Kohkan and her uncle, Barry Kovalt; her uncle, John Harigan of Ohio; her aunt, Suzanne Galliger of Saxonburg, and her uncle, Ray Harigan of Monroe, Ga.
Kaitlyn is proceeded in death by her maternal grandparents, Donald (Bim) and Madalynn Freehling, and brother, Codi Harigan, who passed away at birth.
HARIGAN — A service and a social hour for Kaitlyn Nicole Harigan, who died Tuesday, May 5, 2015, will be at 6 p.m. June 8 at the New Life Church on Knoch Road, Saxonburg.Donations may be made in memory of Kaitlyn to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.Flowers will be received at New Life Church on June 8.Cremation was entrusted to Young Funeral Home, Butler.
