EVANS CITY — The following cases filed by various law enforcement agencies were heard recently by District Court Judge Wayne Seibel:
Cases brought by Butler State Police included:
Ryan James Fedorka, 28, of Freedom waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Dec. 26.
Nicole Innocent, 43, of New Castle waived to court charges of intentional possession of a controlled substance without a prescription; possession of small amount of marijuana for personal use; disregarding a traffic lane; careless driving; failure to drive at a safe speed; and failure to use a safety belt, filed March 6.
Connie Sue Steighner, 55, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI; DUI with the highest rate of BAC (greater than 0.16); driving an unregistered vehicle; disregarding a traffic lane; and failure to use a safety belt, filed May 27.
Marilyn M. Lower, 62, of Evans City waived to court charges of DUI controlled substance — schedule 2 or 3; DUI controlled substance — metabolite; DUI; failure to keep right; and careless driving, filed May 27.
Cases brought by Adams Township Police included:
Nickie Paul Quickle, 45, of Evans City, waived to court charges of DUI; DUI with high rate of BAC (between 0.10 and 0.16); DUI controlled substance; use or possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of an open container of alcohol; and unsafe left turn, filed June 16.
Kimberly Susan Stein, 57, of Mars was held for court on charges of careless driving and DUI controlled substance, filed June 23.
Christine Suzanne Anthony, 45, of Ellwood City, waived to court charges of defiant trespassing; loitering and prowling at nighttime; disorderly conduct making unreasonable noise; public drunkenness; driving while operating privileges have been suspended or revoked; driving without required insurance, filed June 2.
Celeste Marie Clyde, 56, of Mars waived to court charges of retail theft and disorderly conduct, filed March 3.
Brittany Renee Zukowski, 27, of Saxonburg, waived to court charges of DUI and DUI with a high rate of BAC (between 0.10 and 0.16), filed June 8.
Carlos J. Alvarez, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of exceeding 35 mph in an urban district; two counts of possession of marijuana; two counts of possession or use of drug paraphernalia; DUI; and DUI controlled substance — schedule 2 or 3, filed June 8.
Dennis Darrell McKinney, 51, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI with high rate of BAC (between 0.10 to 0.16); DUI; Blood Alcohol Content greater than 0.02 second offense; intentional possession of a controlled substance without a prescription; and making turning movements without required signals, Oct. 29, 2014.
Dennis Darrell McKinney, 51, of Valencia waived to court charges of accident involving damage; driving while license is suspended or revoked; giving false information; operating a vehicle without required insurance; driving an unregistered vehicle; failure to drive at a safe speed; and failure to stop and give information or render aid, filed June 29.
Dennis Darrell McKinney, 51, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI; possession/sale/or use of altered, forged or counterfeit vehicle documents or license plates; blood alcohol content of 0.02 or greater third offense; operating a vehicle without required insurance; driving an unregistered vehicle; operating a vehicle without a valid state inspection; and depositing waste on a highway, filed July 6.
Cases brought by Jackson Township Police Department included:
Mark Alan Warneke, 31, of Zelienople waived to court charges of forgery; theft by unlawful taking; receiving stolen property; and unauthorized use of an access device, filed July 7.
Justin Robert Geier, 25, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of DUI; DUI with the highest rate of BAC (greater than 0.16); and careless driving, filed May 26.
Justin Michael McNally, 22, of Zelienople, waived to court charges of DUI controlled substance; DUI controlled substance schedule 1; use or possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of controlled substance; obscured license plates; and operating a vehicle without required insurance, filed June 4.
Sally Lou Sines, 42, of McKeesport, was held to court on charges of unlawful restraint or involuntary servitude; conspiracy to commit unlawful restraint or involuntary servitude; and three counts of interference with custody of children, filed March 9.
Taylor Leigh Maust, 18, of Harmony waived to court charges of DUI by a minor; DUI with a high rate of BAC (between 0.10 and 0.16); DUI; and failure to drive at a safe speed, filed June 10.
David A. Smith, 44, of McKeesport was held to court on charges of unlawful restraint or involuntary servitude; conspiracy to commit unlawful restraint or involuntary servitude; and three counts of interference with custody of children, filed March 9.
Neil Addison Brown, 25, of West Pittsburg waived to court charges of DUI; disregarding a traffic lane; and failure to notify police of an accident or damage to a vehicle, filed June 8.
