Sara M. Temple
Sara M. Temple, 97, of Butler died late Friday evening in the comfort of her home.
Born June 26, 1918, in Morgantown, W.Va., she was a daughter of the late Caleb Harvey Watkins and Anna (Boyd) Watkins.
Sara was a homemaker and mother.
Surviving are her two sons, Caleb L. Temple and his wife, Marcia, of New Castle and Timothy S. Temple and his wife, Joyce, of Butler; one daughter, Kelly L. Temple of Butler; and nine grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Temple, who she married Feb. 12, 1936, and who died Nov. 7, 2007; and one daughter, Michelle Temple.
TEMPLE — Family and friends of Sara M. Temple, who died Friday, July 24, 2015, are invited to gather from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.
