Helen C. Sepich
Helen C. Sepich, 89, of Cabot passed away Wednesday at the Good Samaritan Hospice.
Born Aug. 4, 1925, in Brackenridge, she was the daughter of the late Martin Weleski and Anna Margaret (Blascheck) Weleski.
She was a graduate of Winfield High School and Butler Business School.
After graduation, Helen worked for William R. Brown Plumbing. She retired after 20 years of working at Moonlight Mushroom in the payroll department.
She was a member of the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Cabot, where she was a past member of the Christian Mothers. She was a past member of the Cabot A&R.
Helen enjoyed bowling, watching sports on television, crocheting and knitting and spending time with her family.
Surviving are her loving husband, Joseph L. Sepich, who she married Nov. 20, 1948; her children, Jerry (Nancy) Sepich of Saxonburg, Shirley (David) Black of Mechanicsburg, Pa., Carol (Ron) Kennedy of Cabot, Joe (Diane) Sepich Jr. of Saxonburg and Marlene (Ron) Acre of Cabot; 13 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; her sisters, Dorothy Rockar of Murrysville and Lucille Green of Sarver; and her brothers, Robert Weleski of Cabot and Richard Weleski of Saxonburg.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, one sister, and one daughter-in-law, Linda Sepich.
SEPICH — Friends of Helen C. Sepich, who died Wednesday, July 29, 2015, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Fox Funeral Home, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg.A Mass of Christian burial will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church with the Rev. Mark Pattock officiating.
