Margaret Jeanne Snyder

Margaret Jeanne Snyder, 91, of Worthington passed away Sunday at Sugar Creek Rest.

She was born April 5, 1924, in Washington Township, the daughter of the late Ernest G. and Anna (Laird) Snyder.

Jeanne was a member of Christ's Outreach Church, Sunnyview Auxiliary and the Ladies Service Club at the YMCA. She had worked at Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for 17 years as a nursing aide and was a crossing guard for the Butler School District.

She enjoyed doing crafts, bowling and spending time with her family. Jeanne was deeply loved and affectionately known as “Aunt Jeanne Grandma” by the four generations of nieces and nephews that survive her.

She is survived by a number of nieces and nephews and also several great, great, great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters and three brothers.

SNYDER — Friends of Margaret Jeanne Snyder, who died Sunday, Aug. 23, 2015, will be received at the Young Funeral Home, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler, on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Bob Huber, pastor, officiating.Interment will be in the South Cemetery.Contributions may be made to the Butler County Blind Association, P.O.
