BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin P. O’Donnell recently heard the following cases filed by Butler Township police:

Matthew R. Tolley, 29, of Portersville was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed July 20.

Amber R. Kastelic, 23, of Chicora was held for court on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft, filed July 29.

David A. Cerminara, 51, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed July 7, and was ordered to pay $503.28.

Kelly A. Cerminara, 45, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed July 7, and was ordered to pay $472.50.

Aaron A. Arnold, 32, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of drivers required to be licensed and retail theft, filed July 27, and was ordered to pay $569.96.

Heidi S. Hile, 35, of Karns City pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed Aug. 14, and was ordered to pay $348.07.

Justin J. Abbott, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief, filed Sept. 7, and was ordered to pay $499.

Simon J. Miller, 28, of Fenelton pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed July 27, and was ordered to pay $524.

Keith A. Wellman, 34, of Renfrew waived to court charges of theft and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 18.

Nicholas A. Massella, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Sept. 13.

Katherine J. Pierce, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of controlled substance, possession of small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness, filed July 1.

Allyshia M. Shaffer, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of conspiracy-retail theft and retail theft, filed on May 20.

Chelsey A. Rock, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment filed on Tuesday. A charge of aggravated assault was withdrawn.

Denny J. Winner Jr., 21, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking — movable property and receiving stolen property, filed on Tuesday.
