Saylor, Thokar

Gina and Ian Thokar

Gina Marie Saylor of Morgantown, W.Va., and Ian Walter Thokar of Star City, W.Va., were united in marriage July 18 at Grace Brethren Church in Meyersdale. The Rev. Randy Haulk officiated. A reception followed at Morguen Toole Company.

The bride is the daughter of Kent and Carol Saylor of Meyersdale. Parents of the bridegroom are Eric and Shelley Thokar of Cranberry Township.

The honor attendant was Ashleigh Saurbon of Morgantown. Bridesmaids included Rachel Thokar Predebon of Cranberry Township, Chelsea A. Thokar of Cranberry Township, Gina Petree of Greensboro, N.C., and Kayla Layne of Fairmont, W.Va.

Performing the duties of best man was Luke Puzzuoli of Cleveland. Ushers included Andrew Saylor of Meyersdale, Zachary Saylor of Morgantown, Timothy M. Hoban of Cranberry Township and Patrick Campbell of Pittsburgh.

The bride is a 2004 graduate of Meyersdale High School and a 2008 graduate of West Virginia University.

She is employed by Mon General Hospital.

The bridegroom graduated from Seneca Valley High School in 2004 and from Slippery Rock University in 2008.

He is the owner of Bridgeport ATA Martial Arts.

Following a honeymoon trip to Playa del Carmen, Mexico, the couple is making their home in Morgantown.
