James E. Kane, 68, of Zelienople passed away on Wednesday at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Born Nov. 19, 1946, in Zelienople, he was the beloved son of the late Jesse E. and Betty J. (Gebhardt) Kane.

Jim was a longtime dedicated employee of Billco Manufacturing, but above all he will be most remembered as an avid golfer who would travel anywhere to play the game he loved so much.

He will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his three aunts, Gertrude “Nancy” Daubenspeck, Violet “De” Vollrath and Shirley Huffman; numerous cousins; extended family members; and friends.
