Richard “Rick” Mark Morgan
Richard “Rick” Mark Morgan of Evans City died Sept. 1 in Morehead City, N.C.
Born July 3, 1955, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of Claude B. and Patricia E. Clay Morgan.
He was proceeded in death by his parents; his brother, James E.; and his son, Zachery M.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 33 years, Sally G. Long Morgan; his daughter, Shannon M., married to James C. DelPrete of Connoquenessing; his uncle, Richard Clay of Keyser, W.Va.; his sister-in-law, Eilien Morgan of Endicott, N.Y.; his grandchildren, Alexis, Cole, James Jr. and Izabella; his in-laws, Roy E. and Sally J. Parsons Long of Evans City; and seven nephews and five nieces.
He served in the U.S. Navy, stationed at the navel hospital in Quantico, Va.
Afterward, he became a career salesman.
He was a member of the Westminster United Presbyterian Church, Evans City; H.O.G.; and VFW Post 499.
Rick loved traveling the country on his Road King, poker and a good argument!
MORGAN — Funeral services for Richard “Rick” Mark Morgan, who died Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Westminster UP Church, 330 E. Main St., Evans City.
