Terrance Guy Cichello, 41, of Natrona Heights waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 23.
Annabelle Villedary Stroh, 47, of Coraopolis waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft, criminal trespass, retail theft, access device is counterfeit, altered or incomplete, possession of an instrument of crime, receiving stolen property and theft by deception false impression, filed Oct. 13.
Annabelle Stroh, 47, of Coraopolis waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft, criminal trespass, retail theft, access device is unauthorized by issuer, possession of an instrument of crime, receiving stolen property and theft by deception, filed Oct. 13.
Adam Charles Klimkowski, 31, of Freedom waived to court charges of theft by deception, retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed July 16.
William Douglas Miller, 48, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of DUI, DUI with highest rate of blood alcohol content, driving with a suspended license, driving while BAC is 0.02 or greater while license suspended and not using low beams, filed July 6 by state police.
Christopher D. Rosen, 31, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of DUI, DUI with high rate of BAC, failure to report an accident to police and failure to notify police of accident, filed July 16.
Marjorie Gayle Gold, 46, of Zelienople waived to court charges of retail theft, filed May 1.
Robert E. Simpson Jr., 44, of Baden waived to court charges of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 4.
Michael Allen Williams, 27, of Aliquippa waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 9.
Frank R. Sedall Jr., 51, of Warren, Ohio, waived for court charges of retail theft, access device fraud, receiving stolen property and theft by deception, filed Aug. 7.
Chasity Bryer, 30, of Latrobe, waived to court charges of DUI and DUI with the highest rate of BAC, filed May 26.
Anthony Wayne Short Jr., 26, of Rochester was held for court on charges of defiant trespass, filed May 20.

David W. Carnahan, 57, of Monroeville, Allegheny County, was held for court on charges of indecent exposure and corruption of minors, filed Oct. 1 by Buffalo Township police.
Christopher P. De La Torre, 30, of Oakdale, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of reckless endangerment and criminal mischief, filed Sept. 28 by Middlesex Township police.
Megan De La Torre, 29, of Oakdale, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of reckless endangerment and criminal mischief, filed Sept. 28 by Middlesex Township police.
Ricki Lee Double, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of robbery and two counts each of trespass and two misdemeanor counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 13 by state police.
Russell A. Green, 31, of McKees Rock, Allegheny County, waived to court two counts of retail theft, filed May 20 by Buffalo Township police.
Bruce W. Huff, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license-DUI related, filed Sept. 9 by Penn Township police.
Eric J. Klein, 20, of Valencia was held for court on three counts each of theft, conspiracy to commit theft and receiving stolen property, filed in three separate cases, two on June 3 and one on April 14, by state police.
Donald Kuminkoski, 58, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Sept. 18 by Penn Township police.
Patricia Ann Martin, 62, of Evans City waived to court charges of DUI, filed Oct. 2 by Penn Township police.
Austin E. Miller, 19, of Butler was held for court on charges of carrying a firearm without a permit, underage possession of alcohol and disregarding traffic lanes, filed April 9 by state police.
Cassandra M. Rozzi, 24, of Valencia pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and speeding, filed Oct. 19 by Middlesex Township police. Rozzi was ordered to pay $365.50 in fines and court costs.
Michael J. Niklaus, 43, of Valencia waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Oct. 8 by Middlesex Township police.
Jesse M. Vereb, 20, of Saxonburg waived to court a charge of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, filed Sept. 25 by Middlesex Township police.

Brandan P. Bonzo, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving the wrong way on a one-way street, a stop sign violation and careless driving, filed Sept. 24 by Slippery Rock police.
Travis P. Como, 20, of Volant, Lawrence County, was held for court on charges of DUI, careless driving and reckless driving, filed Sept. 2 by state police.
Raymond J. Laus, 54, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, was held for court on charges of hit-and-run, failing to stop and give information or render aid after an accident, careless driving and following too closely to another vehicle, filed Sept. 14 by Slippery Rock police.
Tyler J. Lucarelli, 23, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Sept. 14 by state police.
James M. McClean IV, 38, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a proper license, driving a motorcycle without proper head gear and careless driving, filed Sept. 23 by state police.
Brianne M. Varljen, 22, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, speeding and careless driving, filed Sept. 23 by state police.
