Carmella J. Ross Walton Kelly, 91, of Slippery Rock passed away Friday at VNA Hospice in Butler, following an illness.

She was born Sept. 10, 1924, in Forestville, Pa., to James Ross and Julia DelaSala Ross.

She married Max L. Walton March 1, 1941. He preceded her in death June 10, 1976. She later married William Kelly May 3, 1980. He preceded her in death Dec. 2, 1998.

She is survived by a one son, David Walton and his family of Newton Falls, Ohio; two brothers, Leo Ross (Anilda) of San Juan, Puerto Rico, and Michael Ross (Donna) of Slippery Rock; and one sister, Grace Sawczysyn of Slippery Rock.

She was preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters.

KELLY — There will be no public viewing or visitation for Carmella J. Ross Walton Kelly, who died Friday, Oct. 16, 2015.A funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Anthony Roman Catholic Church in Forestville with the Rev. Kevin Poecking presiding. Interment will follow at St. Anthony Cemetery in Harrisville.Arrangements have been entrusted to SMITH FUNERAL HOME of Slippery Rock.
