Benjamin Walter Heitzer
Benjamin Walter Heitzer, born Oct. 19, 1992, passed away unexpectedly Monday.
He was the son of Michael J. and Elaine (Sarver) Heitzer.
Ben was a gifted musician, playing the violin and cello in the Knoch High School and Indiana University of Pennsylvania orchestra. Ben loved all types of music and had an eclectic taste ranging from Johnny Cash to Pink Floyd to Mozart to Florence and the Machine.
He enjoyed car cruises and working on classic vehicles. He was a covenant member of the New Community Church in Wexford, and he loved the Lord at an early age. He had a bright smile for everyone he met.
He is survived by both parents; his brother, Christopher; Chris' fiancee, Vanessa Southworth; his grandmother, Della Sarver; and many aunts, uncles and cousins who loved him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jerome and Dorothy Heitzer and Walter C. Sarver Jr., and his cousin, Allen Lee Clark.
HEITZER — Friends of Benjamin Walter Heitzer, who died Monday, Dec. 14, 2015, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Fox Funeral Home, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg.A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev.
