Theresa A. Gerulis
Theresa A. Gerulis, 89, of Renfrew passed away Sunday at the Saxony Health Center in Saxonburg.
Born Jan. 14, 1926, in Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Rose (Geary) Lehrman.
She was a homemaker. She was later employed by McCormick Grocery in Brownsdale. She then was employed as a cook for a personal care home.
She enjoyed cooking, crossword puzzles, playing cards, picnics and just having a good time.
She was a member of the Holy Sepulcher Roman Catholic Church in Glade Mills.
Surviving are her husband, John J. Gerulis, who she married Jan. 29, 1947; her children, Mimi Lefever of Butler, John (Dianne) Gerulis of Florida and Janet (Tom) Bandura of Butler; four granddaughters, Kim Anthony, Robin Hile, Megan Grenek and Melissa McGraw; three grandsons, Jason Esper, Jonathan and Jesse Gerulis; two stepgranddaughters, Kayla and Kelly Bandura; one stepgrandson: Christopher Anthony; her great-grandchildren, Justin, Lars, Kendra, Brenna, Marley, Trey and Reed; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers and her sister.
GERULIS — Friends of Theresa A. Gerulis, who died Sunday, Dec. 20, 2015, will be received from 4 to 7 p.m. today at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Holy Sepulcher Roman Catholic Church, 1304 E. Cruikshank Road, Butler.
