Bryan Presco scored 21 points and Dylan Piroch added eight as the Butler Gold eighth grade basketball team ended its season with a 49-15 win over Riverview recently.

Butler won five of its last six games to finish the season at 7-7.

Other team members include Josh Bonetti, Simon Brown, Nate Cornibe, Zach Slomers, Kole Kuharic, Austin Rodgers and Connor Strobel.

In other action:

Butler’s seventh grade Gold finished its season at 8-5, defeating Riverview, 43-20. Carson Stein scored eight points, Gavin Wright collected seven points and 10 rebounds, Brach Tarcha six points.

The seventh grade Gold also defeated Armstrong, 31-18, behind Wright’s seven points and Caden Geibel’s six.
