Phyllis J. (Heilman) Kudelka
Phyllis J. (Heilman) Kudelka, 90, of Ford City passed away Thursday at the home of her daughter, Marsha Kepple of Sugar Creek Township.
She was born March 30, 1925, in Manor Township to the late Earl Heilman Sr. and Jesse (Schrechengost) Heilman.
Mrs. Kudelka married Rudolph “Babe” Kudelka, who preceded her in death.
She worked for PPG in Ford City as glass checker.
She was a member of the Appleby Manor Presbyterian Church in Ford City. She also loved sewing, knitting and her family, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Rudolph “Buzzy” Kudelka; and her brother, Earl Heilman.
She is survived by her daughter, Marsha Kepple and her husband, George, of Sugar Creek Township; two grandchildren, Krista Reitzert and her husband, Eric, and David Kepple and his wife, Jennifer; and five great-grandchildren, Addison, Kendall and Taylor Ritzert and Juliana and Christian Kepple.
KUDELKA — The family and friends of Phyllis J. Kudelka, who died Thursday, Jan. 7, 2016, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Mantini Funeral Home, 701 Sixth Ave., Ford City.A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Ryan Lucas, pastor, officiating. Interment will take place at the Lawn Haven Cemetery
