Sally L. “Babe” Rock
Sally L. “Babe” Rock, 73, of East Butler passed away Friday at Butler Memorial Hospital after an extended illness.
Sally was born Dec. 12, 1942, in Butler to Thomas and Sally Sopel Todd. She formerly worked at the Sunoco in Butler and at the G.C. Murphy Co.
Sally was an avid baker and cook, and she enjoyed reading.
Surviving are her husband, James Rock Sr., who she married Dec. 31, 1961; her two sons, James H. Rock Jr. and his wife, Amy, of East Butler and Greg Rock and his fiance, Jamie, of Tampa, Fla.; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two great-stepgrandchildren.
ROCK — A private service for the immediate family members of Sally L. “Babe” Rock, who died Friday, Jan. 15, 2016, will be at the Peter and Paul Ukranian Orthodox Church, Lyndora.
