Paul B. Somerville
Paul B. Somerville, 84, formerly of Chippewa, Pa., passed into the presence of his Lord and Savior on Tuesday at Meadow Lake Manor, Worthington, Pa.
Born Nov. 30, 1931, in Duquesne, he was the son of the late Howard and Ida (Lockwood) Somerville.
He was a retired aircraft mechanic for US Airways.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Henrietta H. (Hampe) Somerville in 2012. He was the last surviving of 11 brothers and sisters.
Paul is survived by two sons and two daughters-in-law, David and Carol Somerville of South Beaver Township and Dan and Nancy Somerville of Matthews, N.C.; one daughter and son-in-law, Paula and Bruce Porter of Parker, Pa.; four grandchildren, Nanette Somerville (Eric) Harrington, Joshua Porter, Daniel II (Jessica) Somerville and Matthew Porter; and four great-grandchildren, Isaac, Paul and Patrick Porter and Emily Harrington.
SOMERVILLE — Friends of Paul B. Somerville, who died Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2016, will be received from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m. today at the Slippery Rock Baptist Church, 435 Kiester Road, Slippery Rock, and from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m. Friday at the Pathway Church, 239 Braun Road, Chippewa Township. The Rev.
