Cully, Thompson
Jennifer Marie Cully and Jonathan Thompson, both of Pittsburgh, were united in marriage May 21 at the Butler Country Club in Butler. The Rev. Dinelle McGee officiated. A reception followed at the Butler Country Club.
The bride is the daughter of Mike and Joyce Cully of Renfrew. Parents of the bridegroom are John and Tanza Thompson of Reedsville.
The maid of honor was Kristen Cully of Butler. The matron of honor was Melissa Heagy of Butler. Bridesmaids included Lauren Lark of Butler, Jordan Takacs of Ebensburg, Katie Becker of New York and Jenna Brunner of Bethlehem.
Performing the duties of best man was Jason Shirk of Toledo, Ohio. Ushers included Brandon Fisher of Pittsburgh, Hunter Thompson of Lewistown, Spencer Thompson of Washington, Paul Recalde of Brooklyn, N.Y., Mike Takacs of Ebensburg and Steve Heagy of Butler.
The ring-bearer was Reed Takacs of Ebensburg.
The bride is a 2008 graduate of Knoch High School. She received a degree in accounting in 2012 from Penn State University and a degree in 2015 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
She is employed by Reed Smith in Pittsburgh.
The bridegroom graduated from Indiana Valley High School in 2004 and received an economics degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2008.
He is employed by United Plate Glass in Butler.
Following a honeymoon trip to Sonoma wine country and Hawaii, the couple is making their home in Aspinwall.
