Ronald M. Lavorini

Ronald M. Lavorini, 79, of Butler passed away Friday evening at VNA Inpatient Hospice.

Born in Butler on Nov. 5, 1936, he was a son of the late Aldo and Mary Mudrick Lavorini.

He was retired from Butler Armco, where he was as a bricklayer for 35 years.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.

Ron was a member of the Saint Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church, the VFW Post 249 of Butler and the American Legion Post 117 of Butler.

He is survived by his wife, Gloria A. Kienzle Lavorini, who he married June 18, 1960; one son, Mark W. Lavorini and his wife, Ronata L., of Butler; one brother, Robert Lavorini and his wife, Norma, of Butler; one sister, Donna Cupps of Butler; one grandson, Adrian Lavorini; and one granddaughter, Giona Lavorini.

LAVORINI — Friends of Ronald M. Lavorini, who died Friday, June 10, 2016, will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Martin Funeral Home, 429 Center Ave., Butler.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church, 432 Center Ave., Butler. Burial will take place in St. Michael's Cemetery.
