David Edward Chilcott

David Edward Chilcott, 63, of Butler passed away Saturday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born Dec. 11, 1952, in Sacramento, Calif., he was the son of Josephine Elizabeth (Lipnichan) Chilcott and the late Maurice “Bud” Chilcott.

Dave proudly served our country in the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church.

In his younger years, Dave worked at Family Lanes Bowling Alley. He also worked for Pullman Standard.

Dave was a professional kickboxer and also a boxer. He was heavily involved in taekwondo.

Dave was an avid Steelers fan and enjoyed playing billiards and watching old Westerns. He will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Katherine Marie (Ellis) Chilcott, who he married May 20, 1998; his mother, Josephine Elizabeth (Lipnichan) Chilcott; his four children; his three grandchildren; his sister, Maureen George; his brother, Donald “Don” Chilcott and his wife, Shirley; and several nieces and nephews.

CHILCOTT — The family of David Edward Chilcott, who died Saturday, July 30, 2016, will welcome friends from 6 p.m. until the time of the blessing service at 8 p.m. Friday at Boylan Funeral Home and Cremation Center of Connoquenessing Township, 856 Evans City Road, Renfrew, with the Rev.
