Anna M. Booher

Anna M. Booher, 92, of Slippery Rock passed away Monday morning at Autumn Grove in Harrisville.

Anna was born Oct. 19, 1923, in Century, W.Va., to the late Charles L. Walchesky and Susannah M. Lauver.

Anna was a devout Christian and was a member of the West Unity Community Church in Harrisville for many years. She married her husband, Walter Booher, in 1973, and he survives.

In addition to her husband, Anna is survived by two sons, Wayne Sankey and his wife, Jean, and Donald Sankey and his wife, Gina; three stepsons, Bill Booher and his wife, Jackie, Tom Booher and his wife, Kaye, and Ken Booher; two stepdaughters, Deb Booher and Cathy Spieker; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Violet Burd and Frances Brown.

In addition to her parents, Anna was preceded in death by her first husband, Glenn Sankey; her daughter, Sandra Kay Good; seven brothers; and four sisters.
