Chad Eugene Wilson, 34, of Prospect died Saturday as the result of a boating accident.

Born July 11, 1982, in Butler, he was the son of Linda Fisher Wilson and the late Eugene Wilson.

Chad was a 2001 graduate of Slippery Rock High School. He was a manager for Ibis Tek in Butler.

Chad loved to spend time with his family and friends. He loved boating and going on trail rides on his golf cart.

Survivors include his wife, Brittany Mennor Wilson of Prospect; one son, Maddox at home; one stepson, Blake at home; his mother, Linda of Prospect; one brother, Curt (Ruth) Dick of Butler; one sister, Nicole Wilson of Prospect; one nephew, Kale; and one niece, Kiley.

WILSON — Visitation for Chad Eugene Wilson, who died Saturday, Aug. 20, 2016, will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Jay Bryan Funeral Home, 443 Main St., in Prospect.Funeral services and burial will be private.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to his wife for the care of his son, Maddox.
