Helen M. Kokoruda
Helen M. Kokoruda, 94, of Portersville, formerly of Pittsburgh, died Monday morning at the Butler VNA Inpatient Hospice.
Born Aug. 12, 1922, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late John and Helen Rugierio Bove.
Helen had worked as a greeter at Walmart in Cranberry Township and had also been a sales clerk at Kaufmann's in North Hills.
She was a Catholic.
Surviving are two daughters, Patricia Lipinski of Mars and Christine Kokoruda of Portersville; four sons, John Snyder of Pittsburgh, William Snyder of Connoquenessing, Michael Snyder of Pittsburgh and Stephen Kokoruda of Portersville; eight grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Albert F. Snyder, and by two brothers, John and Frank Bove.
KOKORUDA — Friends of Helen M. Kokoruda, who died Monday, Aug. 22, 2016, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars.Services will follow at 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
