The Mercer Livestock Auction provided the following report from Tuesday:

Commercial bulls, high grade, $55. to $61., core sales, 50. to 55., and low grades, 45. to 49.50; fed colored cattle, high choice, 104. to 106., choice, 98. to 103.50, and 80. to 95.; fed Holsteins, 65. to 72.; and calves, core sales, 50. to 77.50.

The next special fall sale is Oct. 21. Also, winter hours will begin Nov. 1.
