Lisa Kay Hanna
Lisa Kay Hanna, 51, of Williston, Ohio, passed away Friday at Luther Home of Mercy in Williston, Ohio.
Born Sept. 12, 1965, in Johnstown, Pa., she was the daughter of the Rev. Kamal J. Hanna and Eleanor M. Jamieson Hanna.
Lisa was a 1987 graduate of the Clarence Brown Special School in Butler. She worked for Davison's Restaurant in Saxonburg and Riverview Industries in Oak Harbor, Ohio.
Lisa participated in the Special Olympics. She also visited nursing homes and shut-ins and was a volunteer with the St. Vincent DePaul Society. She was a member of St. Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Saxonburg, where she was active in the church programs and choir, Sunday school, vacation Bible school and as an acolyte.
Lisa enjoyed her keyboard, working on crafts and artwork, writing, helping and visiting with people, singing and playing board games.
Surviving are her mother, Eleanor M. Jamieson Hanna of Cabot; her brothers, Philip M. (Sue) Hanna of Dayton, Ohio, and Mark J. Hanna of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; her nieces and nephews, Alyssa, Shawn, Brian, Scott, Jennifer, Matthew and Zachary; and her church family.
She was preceded in death by her father.
HANNA — Friends of Lisa Kay Hanna, who died Friday, Sept. 23, 2016, will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Fox Funeral Home, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg.Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 310 W. Main St., Saxonburg, with the Rev. Roger G.
