Peggy L. McCormick
Peggy L. McCormick, 88, of Harmony passed away Wednesday at Good Samaritan Hospice.
Born May 30, 1928, in Elwood, Ind., she was the daughter of the late Donald H. and Daisy M. Spencer Anderson.
Peggy was a strong-willed person who endured a lot in her lifetime. She was a member of Grace Church of Harmony and worked at Halstead Industries until her retirement. A people person, Peggy loved interacting and talking with others. She also loved cheering on the Steelers. She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughters, Delores L. McCormick of Harmony, Karen S. Bunnell of Zelienople, Pamela J. McCormick of Harmony and Patricia Ann McCormick of Harmony; her sons, James H. McCormick Jr. of Harmony and Arthur I. McCormick of Renfrew; her sisters, Carolyn Sue Anderson of Missouri, M. Ruth Chubb of North Carolina, Eileen Coffman of Mechanicsburg and Gail Anderson of Harrisburg; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, James H. McCormick Sr., who died March 20, 1990.
MCCORMICK — A memorial service for Peggy L. McCormick, who died Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2016, will be at 1 p.m. Monday in the chapel at Pinewood Memorial Gardens, 20950 US-19, Cranberry Township.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E.
