McCain named co-host of Fox's 'Outnumbered'
Meghan McCain, the daughter of 2008 Republican presidential candidate Sen. John McCain of Arizona, has become a permanent co-host of the Fox News daytime show “Outnumbered.”
McCain, 32, has appeared frequently on the program as a Fox News contributor since 2015. On Monday, the channel announced she will appear daily with co-hosts Harris Faulkner and Sandra Smith.
“Outnumbered” is a discussion program featuring four women panelists joined by a male guest. The program has been the most-watched cable news program in its slot at noon Eastern Time since its launch in April 2014.
Although McCain describes herself as a Republican, she deviates from the party line on a number of issues including same-sex marriage and climate change.
