Isabelle F. Fish Toy, 80, of Evans City passed away Tuesday afternoon at the Good Samaritan Hospice of Cabot.

Born Jan. 31, 1936, in New Kensington, she was the daughter of the late Vernon and Dorothy Cable Fish.

She was a member of the Church of God at Connoquenessing.

Isabelle enjoyed gardening, but most of all she loved being with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Terry L. Toy on Dec. 26, 1999; her son, Terry L. Toy Jr.; one brother; and one sister.

She is survived by two daughters, Debbie (Lou) Miller of Worthington and Cindy Roberts of Apollo; two sons, Timothy Toy of Florida and Thomas Toy of Sarver; two brothers, William (Esther) Fish of Greensburg and Daniel (Brenda) Fish of Salem, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.

TOY — Friends and relatives of Isabelle F. Fish Toy, who died Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2016, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Church of God at Connoquenessing, 1247 Evans City Road, Connoquenessing.Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church with the Rev.
