Vivian Alice Schmidt
Vivian Alice Schmidt, 75, of Sarver passed away Thursday at her home.
Vivian was born July 1, 1941, in Natrona Heights.
She worked as an inspector for II-VI in Saxonburg. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Sarver. She loved to cook and bake, do crafts and spend time with her family.
Surviving are her husband, Paul W. Schmidt Sr., who she married Dec. 24, 1957; one son, James D. Schmidt of Sarver; two daughters, Debra A. Schmidt Rager of Cabot and Kathy Schmidt of Sarver; her sister, Shirley Shoop; and six grandchildren, Paul Schmidt III, Tamzan Schmidt, Madison Rager, Tristan Schmidt, Hannah Rager and Karlee Schmidt.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Paul W. “Sonny” Schmidt Jr.; one brother, Joseph “Bud” Gamble; and four sisters, Harriet Hutchens, Carol Schoen, Jane Diamond and Patricia Poston.
