Burr, Bettencourt
Staci Burr of Prospect and Michael Bettencourt of Powell, Ohio, were united in marriage Oct. 8 at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Evans City. The Rev. Brandon Johns officiated. A reception followed at Ritzert Hall.
The bride is the daughter of Robert and Lisa Burr of Prospect. Parents of the bridegroom are Steven and Judith Bettencourt of Powell.
The matron of honor was Amanda Cindric of Aliquippa. Bridesmaids included Colleen Prenovitz of Evans City and Rachel Lamantia of Keedysville, Md. The junior bridesmaid was Alyssa Barnhart of Zelienople.
The flower girls were Jocelyn Thomas of Evans City and Isla McClintock of Leesburg, Va.
Performing the duties of best man was Tim Stanfill of Vacaville, Calif. Ushers included Jack Gobel of Lewis Center, Ohio, and Paul Bettencourt of Washington.
The ring bearer was Egan McClintock of Leesburg.
The bride is a 2008 graduate of Butler High School and a 2013 graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
She is employed by Zelienople Area Public Library in Zelienople.
The bridegroom graduated from Olentangy Liberty High School in 2008. He graduated from the Ohio State University in 2012 and the Ohio State University Graduate School in 2013.
He is employed by Westinghouse in Cranberry Township.
Following a honeymoon trip to Sedona, Ariz., the couple is making their home in Zelienople.
