Beverly Joyce McHale, 73, of Portersville died Thursday evening at her home after an illness. Born Oct. 7, 1943, in West Leechburg, Pa., she was the daughter of Wayne and Iva Grace Beck McKendree.

She had worked at Sally's Beauty Supply in Butler. She was a graduate of the Greensburg Beauty Academy. Beverly belonged to Silver Sneakers.

Survivors include her husband, Richard McHale of Portersville, who she married May 23, 1967; three sons, Thomas (Collette) Sawyer of Tulsa, Okla., Michael McHale and his companion, Kayla, of Prospect, and Cliff (Kathy) McHale of Beaver Falls; one daughter, Bonnie Lee (Stevon) Remson of Virginia Beach, Va.; two brothers, Richard Doyle McKendree of Ford City and Harold Lester (Patty) McKendree of Leechburg; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded by two brothers.

MCHALE — There will be no public visitation Beverly Joyce McHale, who died Thursday, March 23, 2017, and funeral services will be private.In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the donor's charity of choice.Arrangements were entrusted to the Jay Bryan Funeral Home in Prospect.
