SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge William O'Donnell recently heard these cases.

Dennis L. Deal Jr., 35, of Volant waived to court charges of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia filed Dec. 30, 2014, by state police.

Andrew Kiah Bryson, 19, of Franklin, waived to court charges of criminal trespass, criminal mischief, and purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of alcohol by a minor filed April 9 by Slippery Rock Borough police.

Christian Joseph Mahoney, 20, of Verona waived to court charges of burglary, criminal trespass, harassment and criminal mischief filed March 28 by state police.

Kevin Michael Moravek, 36, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence and failure to notify police of an accident or damage filed Jan. 9 by state police.

Bernard Barrett King, 24, of Jefferson Hills waived to court charges of resisting arrest, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct filed April 23 by state police.

Hassan Abdullah, 20, of Philadelphia was held for court on charges of simple assault, theft and receiving stolen property filed March 7 by Slippery Rock University police.

Lukas Murray Peterson, 19, of Erie waived to court charges of false identification to an officer; purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of alcohol by a minor; and disorderly conduct, filed April 10 by Slippery Rock University police.

Dylan Richard Harding, 18 of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance filed March 23 by Slippery Rock University police.

Walter Daniel Madded, 60, of Portersville waived to court charges of terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangering, disorderly conduct, driving while operator's license is suspended or revoked, and criminal mischief filed April 15 by state police.

Trevor Dillen Chambers, 21, of Garrettsville, Ohio, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speeding filed Feb. 17 by Slippery Rock Borough police.

Bryan James Knerr, 19, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence, hit and run, minor prohibited from operating a vehicle with alcohol in his system, operating unsafe equipment and the purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of alcohol by a minor filed March 11 by Slippery Rock Borough police.

Logan Robert Sheridan, 21, of New Brighton waived to court charges of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance; driving under the influence; minor prohibited from operating a vehicle with alcohol in his system; operating unsafe equipment; the purchase, consumption possession or transportation of alcohol by a minor; possession of a controlled substance or possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 17 by Slippery Rock Borough police.

Troy A. Hebert, 22, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence and obstructed window filed March 18 by Slippery Rock Borough police.

Daniel Emile Allen, 53, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, driving under the influence, a stop sign violation, reckless driving, hit and run, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without valid inspection, allowing illegal use of plate/card and driving while operator's license is suspended or revoked filed April 1 by Slippery Rock Borough police.

Cody Eugene Clem, 62, of New Castle waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speeding filed March 18 by Slippery Rock Borough police.

Ryan James Thompson, 23, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lane, careless driving and failure to use safety belt filed Jan. 14 by state police.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases.

Aaron David Butler, 31, of New Brighton was held for court on charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, driving without a license and driving while license is suspended or revoked filed Jan. 27 by state police.

Claude Bonner, 56, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving while license has been suspended or revoked, driving too slow for conditions and no rear lights filed Feb. 6 by state police.

Catherine E. Hillard, 55, of Evans City waived to court charges of driving under the influence, and a stop sign violation filed March 6 by Evans City Seven Fields Regional Police.

Harriette E. Blake, 53, of Seven Fields was held for court on charges of theft, receiving stolen property and criminal use of a communication facility filed April 3 by Adams Township Police.

Kenneth C. Albert, 61, of Portersville waived to court charges of driving under the influence, blood alcohol content .02 or higher second offense, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, disregarding traffic lane and habitual offenders filed Jan. 24 by Adams Township police.
