Thomas G. Eiler
Thomas G. Eiler, 61, of Parker Township, Petrolia, passed away suddenly of natural causes Wednesday morning while visiting a farm near North Washington.
Born on May 9, 1955, in Butler, he was son of late Gerard C. and Mary Snow Eiler.
Catholic by faith, Tom attended Fairview Township-Karns City High School.
A truck driver by occupation, he was employed both locally and in over-the-road hauling most of his life.
An avid hunter, he was a member of the North American Hunting Association and the American Coon Hunters Association.
He loved the outdoors, fishing, and making trips to Missouri turkey hunting.
He is survived by his wife, the former Joanne Timblin; three daughters: Mary Ann Eiler-Matthews of Fairview (Petrolia), Danielle Eiler of Lock Haven, and Lacey Eiler at home; three sons: David Thomas Eiler of Parker, Mark David Eiler of Craigsville, and Thomas G. Eiler, Jr. at home; nine grandchildren; and two brothers: William Eiler of Petrolia and Phillip Eiler of Frogtown. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
EILER — Friends of Thomas G. Eiler, who died Wednesday, April 19, 2017, may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at H. Jack Buzard Funeral Home, 201 S. Wayne Ave., Parker, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday.
Burial will follow at Allegheny Cemetery near Parker.
