BUTLER CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE

CHRIST'S OUTREACH

Our Daily Bread serves a free dinner from 5 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Christ’s Outreach Church, 120 Walker Ave. There is a worship service at 6:30 p.m.

There is a hymn sing at the worship service June 25.

GRACE @ CALVARY

The property committee at Grace @ Calvary Lutheran Church, 123 E. Diamond St., has a workday from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday for the grounds and building.

The Sunday morning worship service recognizes 2017 graduates and celebrates their accomplishments.

Church members lead worship with the adult day program participants at LIFE Butler County, 231 W. Diamond St., at 11 a.m. Monday and Tuesday. Church members participating will meet at the church at 10:40 a.m.

GraceWay meets at the Center Township Elementary School on Mercer Road.

HILL UNITED PRESBYTERIAN

Hill United Presbyterian Church, 501 Second St., has a congregational meeting after the worship service Sunday. The meeting is to elect church officers and members to the pastor nominating committee.

Sunday is the deadline for information about student graduations.

The Christian education committee will organize and clean the resource room Tuesday.

MARS UNITED PRESBYTERIAN

Mars United Presbyterian Church, 232 Crowe Ave., celebrates Father’s Day with a gift for fathers at both services Sunday.

NEW ZION EVANGELICAL

New Zion Evangelical Congregational Church, Route 38, five miles north of Emlenton, has an outdoor service at 10:45 a.m. Sunday at Hughes Park in Emlenton. A noon picnic lunch follows the service. North Main Street Church of God

The Rev. Matt Reitz of North Main Street Church of God, 1201 N. Main St. Ext., will lead a worship service and Communion at 10:30 a.m. Sunday at Park Manor Apartments, 400 Park Manor.

ST. LUKE'S LUTHERAN

The church council of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, 310 W. Main St., Saxonburg, meets at 7 p.m. today in Centennial Hall.

The summer worship schedule begins this week with services at 8:15 and 10 a.m. Sunday. The 10 a.m. service is on the patio.

There is a special blessing for fathers Sunday.

The 9:30 a.m. coffee hour will not meet until September.

ST. MARK'S EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN

St. Mark’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 201 W. Jefferson St., has Holy Communion and honors fathers this weekend at all services. Fathers will receive gifts.

Church office hours this week are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.

The softball team plays Faith Fellowship at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Lutherlyn Field 1.

SUMMIT PRESBYTERIAN

Summit Presbyterian Church, 181 Caldwell Drive, has Father’s Day Sunday and also recognizes high school and college graduates during the service.

The last women’s Bible study meeting until the fall is at the church at 6:15 p.m., with the men’s study is at 7 p.m. Monday.

Decorating for vacation Bible school will be at 6 p.m. Monday through June 22 at the Christian community outreach building, 650 Saxonburg Road.

TRINITY LUTHERAN

Trinity Lutheran Church, 120 Sunset Drive, Center Township, will have a dialogue and discussion about the opioid epidemic from 4 to 5 p.m. Saturday at the church.

The church council meets at 7 p.m. Monday.

Holden evening prayer is at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
