Linda and William Deutsch

William and Linda Deutsch of Butler, formerly of Cranberry Township, celebrated 50 years of marriage with a dinner party with friends and family at the Cranberry Highlands golf course club house.

Deutsch married the former Linda Schell on Aug. 18, 1967, in a judge’s chamber in San Jose, Calif., where they eloped.

They have three daughters, the late Pamela, formerly of Cranberry Township, Angela (Marc) of Cranberry Township and April of McCandless.

They also have five grandchildren.

Deutsch retired from Emerson in 2003.

The couple enjoys watching sports, staying close with family, going to Florida and playing golf together.

The Deutsches in 1967
