11:56 p.m. Wednesday — Police said Megan Casey, 38, of Butler, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an investigation at the Days Inn on Pittsburgh Road. Police said Michael E. Webb, 48, of Butler was also charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of the same investigation.

6 p.m. Wednesday — Sometime between Sunday and Wednesday, police said, someone stole two gas cans from an unlocked shed on Porterfield Hill Road in Sugarcreek Township. Police said a car was also broken into, but nothing was taken. Anyone with information should contact state police at 724-543-2011.

3:17 p.m. Wednesday — Police said a 32-year-old Cabot man and a 32-year-old Cabot woman were found in possession of suspected crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on state Route 356 in Buffalo Township. Police said charges against both individuals are pending.

5 p.m. Monday — Police said a known juvenile pointed a hunting rifle at another juvenile during an argument along Cadogan Slate Lick Road in North Buffalo Township, Armstrong County. Police said the incident was investigated as a reckless endangerment.
