Anthony Stanziano Sr. of Harmony, formerly of Carrick, died suddenly Tuesday.

Tony was the son of Dorothy “Dolly” and the late Joseph Stanziano.

He was the loving husband of Rita Oshea-Stanziano.

Tony was loved by many, and his passion for life was infectious. He never met a stranger and upon meeting anyone, a person was instantly won over by his charm and humor.

Athletic by nature, he enjoyed playing golf, baseball, softball and working out. He was an avid camper, fisherman and enjoyed riding ATVs. He was a huge fan of the Steelers and Pirates. He loved to take a ride on the Harley and hit the open road enjoying the scenery along the way. Tony enjoyed karaoke and singing to his favorite Frank Sinatra songs. He was the first to dance and the last to leave the dance floor. Tony loved his children dearly, cherishing every moment he spent with them.

Tony was the beloved father of Olivia Paige, Anthony Carmen Stanziano Jr. and two stepsons, Matthew Oshea and T.J. Rutherford.

He was also a loving brother to Patty Sabo, Jay Wehner, Michael (Rachel) Wehner, Lori Wehner, John (Brandie) Wehner, Joseph Stanziano III and the late Carol Anne Stanziano.

He is also survived by his cousin, Benita Powell Mortimer, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Anthony was preceded in death by his aunt, Rita Powell.
