Shadrack's Wonderland will have new features
FRANKLIN TWP — The Shadrack’s Christmas Wonderland light show is coming back to Butler County this season, and features a new twist on some favorite childhood tales.
The three-mile-long display of festive lights and comical displays will be open from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. every night from Nov. 17 through Jan. 7 at Big Butler Fairgrounds.
New to the show this year are displays from classic fairy tales like Little Red Riding Hood, The Princess and the Frog, Little Miss Muffett and more. Organizers said they added the new displays, and the focus on fairy tales, in the hopes that they will be entertaining for people of all ages and may introduce some people to the stories for the first time.
The light show also features Santa’s Village, where visitors can meet and get a photo with Santa Claus between Nov. 17 and Dec. 23.
